The house project was developed for a couple with two children on a forest plot with centuries-old pine trees. When developing the project, it was important to take into account the functionality of the planning solutions while preserving the existing trees on the site. At the same time, in volumetric and façade solutions, it was necessary to achieve a harmonious fit of the architecture into the surrounding landscape while maintaining functionality and the correct proportions.

The volumetric composition of the building is multi-layered, the volumes are divided into several blocks. In the central part there is an open terrace area with a volume of a kind of free-standing chimney of the barbecue area.

The facades of the main walls are made of one material - grayish-yellow-pink beam brick. This color is stunningly combined with the color of the surrounding pine trees. On the facade, decorative masonry with protruding brick elements is used in places to create a certain decorative effect. The masonry on the facade also has a belt at the end of the height of each of the floors.

Project description:
When approaching the house, we are met by a covered canopy for two cars, through which we get to the porch and then to the hall of the first floor. From the hall, we can get to the boiler room, dressing room, guest bathroom, stairs to the second floor and a large kitchen-living room with a double-height space. The living room, in turn, is connected to the space of the covered terrace with a barbecue area. Also from the living room we can get to the living part of the house, where the laundry room, guest bedroom, children's rooms and master bedroom are located.

The second floor houses a large play area, a guest bedroom, an office and three terraces.
