The project customers are a young married couple planning to have a child. The project managed to find an excellent layout solution, which formed a spacious kitchen-living room area in the central part of the apartment. At the entrance to the apartment, we placed a hallway, a guest bathroom, and a storage room-laundry room. In the central part, we placed the kitchen at the expense of the area of ​​the former corridor. From the central area of ​​the kitchen-living room, we can get to the children's room, as well as to the master bedroom block. The master bedroom has a bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and a dressing room. Also from the bedroom we can get to the loggia, which offers a view of the city.
