The customer of this project is a successful employee from the banking sector, who is planning to start a family and have a child.

In the hallway area, we placed an impressive storage system. Also at the entrance, a guest bathroom was designed, which accommodates a washing machine and a dryer. Further along the corridor, we enter the study room, which will later be converted into a children's room.

At the bottom of the plan is the master bedroom with a dressing table area and an additional chair for reading books. Next to the bedroom is the master bathroom with a bathtub.

Opposite the bedroom is a walk-through area of ​​the living room with a large sofa and a TV area, then from the living room we can get to the kitchen-dining area. The kitchen set is formed by an "L"-shaped front, while we used the wall with a window opening, which allowed us to place the sink by the window and let maximum natural light onto the work surface.
