The apartment is located in a mid-rise residential building on the first floor and the apartment has a plot of land of 110 m2, which adds additional value to this property. A married couple with a child lives in the apartment.

Entering the apartment, we immediately find ourselves in a large kitchen-living room, while at the entrance we managed to organize a compact hallway area, where a small bench for changing shoes, a cabinet with drawers and a full-length mirror fit. The hallway area also has a wardrobe for outerwear.

One of the problems with this layout was the lack of sufficient space for a dining table when arranging the kitchen area and the living room area with a sofa and TV. The solution was to arrange the room, where a semi-bar counter area for eating was formed closer to the kitchen, and the dining table was moved to the covered terrace area.

Further on, according to the plan, there is a children's room in a protected room, a bathroom and a master bedroom with its own bathroom and dressing room.

On the adjacent plot of land, two zones were organized: an open lawn zone with a lawn and a jacuzzi, as well as an open kitchen zone with an additional recreation area. In the premises provided by the developer, two additional storage rooms and a laundry room were organized.
