The project was developed for a young family with two children.
The apartment is located in a Stalin-era building in a former communal apartment. The original layout assumed a division into six living rooms with one hall and one bathroom area and a small kitchen at the entrance.

During the development of the layout solution, we completely revised the functional zones in the apartment, proposing a completely new layout concept. The main solution was to move the kitchen area to the central part of the apartment and form a large kitchen-living room area in the central part of the apartment. Closer to the windows, a kitchen front and an island area and a dining group with a large table for 6 seats were formed. Further into the room, we organized a walk-through living room area with a sofa, armchair and TV area.

At the entrance to the apartment, we managed to allocate a sufficient area for the hallway. Another important element was the loggia, which is located next to the hallway, through this room natural light from the street enters the hallway. But the owners of the apartment need the loggia primarily as an additional storage room, therefore, so that the storage space is not visible from the hallway, we made the glazing between the loggia and the hallway in frosted glass. Opposite the hallway there is a block of rooms with a laundry room, a walk-through storage area and a large bathroom. The large bathroom was another interesting find of this project, since in this bathroom, in addition to the standard set of plumbing, it was possible to place a free-standing bathtub near the window.

The walk-through living room connects all the main rooms of the apartment. Closer to the dining area is the study / guest room, then there is a master bedroom block with a dressing room and a bathroom. Two children's rooms are symmetrically located on the side of the TV area.
