The house project was developed for a young family with two children and a dog for year-round living in the Moscow region. The project found a balanced layout of the functionality of the composition of the premises, area and volume of the building.

The architectural image is the main feature of this project. The building is a simple at first glance parallelepiped volume with a gable roof. At the same time, the main architectural searches were around the harmonious proportions of the volume of the building itself and openings, the angle of the roof slope, the development of non-standard nodes on the pitched roof without slopes, the device of a storm drain hidden in the facade, and so on. Due to this, it was possible to create a minimalistic image of the entire architecture as a whole.

1st floor plan: The main entrance to the building is located on the north side from the side of the entrance to the site. Passing the front door, we find ourselves in a hallway with open and closed clothing storage areas. After the hallway, we find ourselves in a corridor that connects all the rooms on the 1st floor: a boiler room, a laundry room with a dog wash area, a guest bathroom, a hallway, an office/guest room, and a kitchen-living room. The kitchen-living room is the largest room in the entire house with a total area of ​​50 m2. The kitchen is equipped with an island that flows into the dining area. The living room area is located in a double-height space, which also contains a staircase to the 2nd floor.

2nd floor plan: Going up to the 2nd floor, we find ourselves in a corridor, at the end of which there is a window for natural light to enter the room. On the right hand side there are two children's rooms. On the left hand side there is a children's bathroom with a double sink, toilet, and bathtub. The next door on the left side leads to the master bedroom area. The master bedroom is represented by a large bedroom, a walk-through dressing room, a toilet room and a large bathroom with a shower and a free-standing bathtub located near a large window. The space of the 2nd floor is organized from the floor level of the 2nd floor to the pitched roof.
