The clients of this project are a family with an adult daughter. The apartment is located in a new building and has several supporting pylons protruding from the plan.

The layout defined the main rooms and functional areas. At the entrance to the apartment there is a hallway and a small dressing room. From the hallway we can get to the kitchen-dining area and the living room area, which are separated by a supporting pylon. In the dining area there is a wall-mounted swivel lamp, which allows you to move the dining table and always keep the lamp above the center of the dining tabletop. The living room area is separated from the corridor by decorative swivel doors, which let natural light into the corridor area, but at the same time visually fence off the corridor and the entrance to the bathroom. The corridor takes us to the master part of the apartment, it consists of two full bedrooms. The daughter's bedroom has a double bed, a spacious work area by the window and a built-in closet. In addition to the bed, the master bedroom has a large closet and a dressing table area. The bathroom contains a standard set of plumbing fixtures, as well as a master closet with a washing machine and dryer.
